We’re a small charity
with a big heart
Cheltenham Open Door supports vulnerable, disadvantaged and lonely people through a variety of services. We offer a welcoming, non-judgemental space where our Guests can relax and enjoy food, friendship and access to advice and support.
Services and opening times
Our Guest Hub is open on Mondays, Tuesdays, Wednesdays and Thursdays, from 10am to 3pm.
Everything we offer is free. Guests do not need a referral.
Anyone who needs us is welcome to join us, without question. If you believe someone needs our services, please suggest they visit us for a warm welcome.
Urgently needed
- Waterproof coats for men and women
- Dog food
- Thick, strong carrier bags (for making up food parcels)
- Toilet roll
- Squeezy cheese (for our Guests without homes)
- Tin openers
- Tents (up to 4 man)
- Sleeping bags (that stuff down small)
- Men’s boxers, new or washed and as new
- Men’s jeans, shorts and T shirts (up to size L)
- Men’s spray anti-perspirants, razors, shaving foam
Support us
Open Door receives no central funding. You can support us in a number of ways, for example by donating to our food bank or fundraising on our behalf.
